Bid Proposal for Supply of Sewing Equipment/Machines

Youth Foundation for Development, Education and Leadership also known as YouthHubAfrica will be accepting bid proposals for the above referenced " Supply of Sewing Equipment/Machines" Bids must be received by no later than 22nd May, 2022 at her office located at 26, Massenya Street, Zone 6, Wuse, Abuja, Nigeria or by email through info@youthhubafrica.org. Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.

The purpose of this project is to training 30 females who are victims/survivors of SGBV. Key components of this project include:

• Electric sewing machines (30 units)
• Weaving Machines (30 units)
• Sewing tables (30 units)
• Industrial cutting machines (30 units)
• Industrial sewing kits (30 units)

Bids must be prepared in form of quotation must be typed or printed and then signed in ink.

All bids/quotations received by the deadline date and time shall be reviewed by Procurement Committee. All bids/quotations must include all requested work items, conform to the Project Standards/Specifications and be responsive, accurate, and cost reasonable. Procurement committee will select the contractor to supply the sewing equipment for the training required.
