Governance and Accountability
YouthHubAfrica, using digital technology, social media and traditional media, works to bring awareness to issues that generally affects the wellbeing of young people in their society. Doing this results in the creation of well-informed citizens, who not only know their rights but stand up and hold the decision-makers accountable for the policies and laws that are unfavorable for them.
This movement cuts across our other thematic areas: Sexual and Reproductive Health and Education and Girl-Child Literacy. Which birthed projects such as #AmendUBEAct, #FundNationalLibrary, EndFGM, among others. Our work in this field is in support of the implementation of SDG 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, and 16.
