Hiding in Plain Sight

While fees exist in different forms, the top three forms of fees paid in schools are Parent-Teachers' Association levy (48%), examination fee (35%), and other miscellaneous fees (35%). We have called the third category "miscellaneous" because while the other fees are specific and more common, these fees are more irregular and can be for anything, from buying brooms, blocks, furniture, sports, to security.
